   OK, I rarely get on a soapbox but this is one issue I feel very strongly about- our health

 

Toronto is gaining a positive reputation as a cleaner environment due to non-smoking laws and while I do wish people didn’t need laws to encourage healthful behavior it does seem to be the case. 

 

To all my students – PLEASE DON’T START SMOKING- it really isn’t cool, costs money,  can cause major health problems not just for you, but also for those exposed to your habit.  Think First, and encourage your friends to do the same.
